All Voyagers are encouraged to become Voyager Members of the Spirit of Adventure Trust. The benefits of becoming financial include:

• The right to sail on board SPIRIT OF NEW ZEALAND as a Voyager (Leading Hand or Day Sails)
• Be elected to the National or Regional Voyagers’ Committees
• Receive a copy of the Spirit Magazine approximately three times per annum
• Receive a copy of the Voyager Magazine approximately four times per annum
• Attend Nationally organised events, such as Reunion or Training Weekend
• The right to nominate a trainee for a 10 Day Voyage when berths are available outside the school system
• A 10% discount on all Trust souvenirs
• Supporting New Zealand’s most respected youth development charity

Financial membership is $25 per year, or $65 for three years. You must be financial to sail on the Spirit or attend nationally organised events. Click here to download the membership form.

Note: Although you are strongly encouraged to become financial, you do not have to be financial in order to attend regional events. Note also that some regions may charge a regional subscription. This should not be confused with Financial Membership of the Trust.
